Billy is a global citizen who has lived in South Africa, US, and Taiwan. He has done extensive work supporting the aboriginal community in Hualien, Taiwan through ecotourism development. His other projects also include working with a minority Chinese and Burmese community in Thailand. At school, Billy captains the basketball team and plays the violin.

Derek, who just started high school, has already earned the Presidential Volunteer Service Gold Award for his leadership on Project Bright, a water conservation project in Southern CA. He is a top ranked Boy Scout, computer programmer, chess player, and double bass player.

David is a Palo Alto native who has a passion for environmentalism. He is the Co-Founder of his school’s environmental club that conducts cleanups in the Baylands Nature Preserves. David also runs track, swims, and sings bass in the choir.
